We collect account details (name, email), course activity, progress data, and billing metadata required to deliver the ACA Academy program.
2. How We Use Data
- Provide course access, progress tracking, and support.
- Process enrollment and payments through Stripe.
- Send transactional emails such as announcements, enrollment, and account recovery.
- With your consent, send occasional marketing communications about programs, workshops, and career resources. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.
- Improve platform performance, reliability, and security.
3. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services including Supabase (authentication/data), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). With your consent, we also use HubSpot (customer relationship management, live chat, and marketing communications) and Google Analytics (web analytics). Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
HubSpot and Google Analytics process data on servers located in the United States. With your consent, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. under those providers' contractual and technical safeguards.
4. Cookies & Analytics Consent
Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, HubSpot chat and tracking) load only after you opt in via the consent banner — the default is off. Strictly-necessary storage (sign-in/session, your theme choice, and your consent choice itself) is always on and does not require consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:

We retain data only as long as necessary for educational, legal, operational, and security requirements. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
